富士康鄭州廠員工紛爭已然平息 鴻海發三點英文聲明

外媒報導，富士康鄭州廠員工暴力抗議紛爭至今（24）日已然平息，鄭州園區也持續正常生產；對於此次事件，鴻海發出三點聲明強調，充分理解新入職員工對補貼政策可能發生變化而擔憂，保證實際薪酬一定會和官方招聘海報一致，公司也會積極解決員工的關切與合理訴求。

富士康鄭州廠近日這起員工暴力抗議紛爭，引起全球關注。據了解，主要是因為新進員工不滿工期延宕、伙食太糟，且傳出員工宿舍內有老員工染疫，憤而聚集在廠區大門，與前來鎮壓的警方爆發衝突。

這一次招聘的員工中，很多不是鄭州本地人，而是來自貴州、四川、山西等地的新進員工；也因此，鄭州市政府直言，衝突事件是由貴州、四川與山西等省的新進員工引起，已決定不再招聘外省員工。

對於這兩天的員工暴力抗議紛爭，鴻海今天出具三點英文聲明，首先，富士康表示，關注員工健康安全，一直是集團的首要經營原則，「我們充分理解鄭州園區部分新入職員工對於補貼政策可能發生變化而擔憂，團隊也發現入職過程中，出現技術性錯誤。我們對於電腦輸入有誤致歉，並保證實際薪酬一定會和官方招聘海報一致」。

目前，鄭州園區仍在與接受錯誤訊息的員工進行溝通，並向員工清楚說明工資、獎金均會按照公司政策發放，溝通過程中，公司也會盡力解決員工關切和合理訴求；此外，對於有返鄉意願的員工，集團將一如既往尊重員工個人意願，並為返鄉員工提供相關補貼，對於持續留在廠區內的員工，集團也會給予全面支持。

Foxconn Technology Group Statement

1. Taking care of the health and safety of employees is the primary operating principle that the Group has always adhered to. We fully understand the concerns of some newly recruited employees in the Zhengzhou Park about possible changes in the subsidy policy. Our team has been looking into the matter and discovered a technical error occurred during the onboarding process. We apologize for an input error in the computer system and guarantee that the actual pay is the same as agreed and the official recruitment posters.

2. At present, the park is continuing to actively communicate with the employees affected by the wrong information, explaining that the salaries and bonuses of all employees are paid in accordance with company policies. During the communication process, the company will also try its best to actively solve the concerns and reasonable demands of employees.

3. For employees in the Zhengzhou Park who want to return to their hometowns, the Group will, as always, fully respect the individual wishes of the employees and provide corresponding care subsidies for returning employees. For employees who choose to stay and are willing to join the company, the Group will continue to provide comprehensive support.
